Each MQ Power generator is fully insulated for noise reduction because more often than not, you don’t want to know it’s there.
Driven by a 1,495-horsepower, V-16 Detroit Diesel engine, the EGC-1000DD-20 utilizes Class H insulation to keep the generator quiet. The generator produces standby output of 1,000kW and prime output of 900kW. The EGC-1000DD-20’s fuel system features dual 4-inch fuel connections, electronic fuel level gauge, low-level fuel detection, shock and vibration isolation and a 400-gallon (1,520 liter) capacity internal fuel tank.
