Key Features
A. Heavy-duty fork pockets fit any size telehandler. They can be locked in place for added safety with the onboard fork pins.
B. The unique geometry of the hopper promotes flow of mortar or grout down to the auger and helps prevent sidewall accumulation and potentially wasted material
C. Built in splashguard reduces incedental spills and loss of material while transporting.
D. Optional lifting eye can be used with cranes.
E. A 3-position lock controls the position of the hopper, allowing it to turn 360° for cleaningand filling, 180° for grout & mortar placement. Locks in place for transportation.
F. The patented, self-wiping Talet® auger, reduces residual grout, eliminating build-up that can contaminate the next batch and lead to costly clean-up or damage.
G. The flush-out grate on the discharge snout provides convenient access to rinse out the discharge snout during clean-up.
H. Reinforced rubber discharge hose easily fastens to snout with a quick clamp. An 8 foot length is standard and a 4 foot length is available.
I. The heavy-duty steel hopper is easily replaceable, extending the life of the system. No need to replace the entire machine should the hopper be damaged.
J. The hopper easily swivels on heavy-duty roller bearings.
K. The heavy-duty hydraulic hoses carry the Parker® three-year leak-free guarantee. Tethered hosed on the PTO unit wont tangle, chafe or break.
L. Positive hydraulically controlled shut-off value seals the hopper and stops material flow when activated.
M. The swing-out discharge snout requires no tools for thorough clean-out and is ergonomically designed to eliminate handling of heavy conponents.
