Who we are

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address (used to send one-time sign-in codes), and any optional name, company, or phone number you choose to add to your profile.
• Order and cart information — items you add to your cart, and quote, order, or parts-request details you submit (including machine and part details and any photos you attach).
• Phone number and text consent — if you give us your phone number and opt in, we use it to text you quote and order updates.
• Information you send Rex — the messages you type to our AI assistant, so it can answer you.
• Automatically collected — your IP address, browser/device type, and activity on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (including analytics).

What we do NOT store

• No passwords. Sign-in is passwordless — we email you a one-time code each time, so there is no password to store or steal.
• No card details. At checkout, your card information is entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields and tokenized in your browser — your full card number never reaches or is stored on our systems.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in with one-time codes.
• To process carts, quotes, orders, and shipping, and to provide customer support.
• To answer your questions through Rex and to improve our catalog, search, and service.
• To protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in or the cart.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may text you about your quote or order (for example, a quote confirmation). Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by telling us; we'll still be able to reach you by email. We don't share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.

Rex AI assistant

Messages you send to Rex are processed by AI services to generate a response. Please don't enter sensitive personal or financial information (card numbers, government IDs, passwords) into the chat. Rex can make mistakes — see How Rex helps you stay safe.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site — for example, cloud hosting and email delivery (Microsoft Azure), the AI services that power Rex, payment processors at checkout, and shipping carriers — and when required by law. These providers may only use it to perform services for us.

Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

• Access and update — view and edit your profile on your account page.
• Delete — contact us to request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Marketing — you can opt out of marketing emails at any time; we'll still send transactional messages like sign-in codes.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information — and we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use analytics and advertising cookies (Google, Klaviyo) that, under California law, may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer or the Cookie Preferences control — choosing "Reject" stops these cookies, and the choice is also honored as a Global Privacy Control signal where supported. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, and the passwordless design above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for business and adult use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
